Terms of Service

By registering for the PMC Karangalan Marathon 2025, I hereby agree to the following:

1. Health & Safety: I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate. I will not hold the organizers liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur before, during, or after the event.
2. Waiver of Liability: I release the organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation.
3. Rules & Conduct: I agree to abide by all event rules, safety protocols, and instructions given by event coordinators.
4. Photos & Media: I grant permission for my photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
5. Non-Refundable: I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
